2. Client Responsibilities

• Ownership: You must own the rights or have permission for any photos or materials you upload for editing. We are not responsible for copyright violations regarding images provided by clients.

• Image Quality: The quality of the final result depends on the resolution and condition of the original file provided.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing clear and specific instructions for the design or restoration work.

3. Payments and Taxes

• All prices are as listed on the website or as per custom quotes provided.

• As a GST-registered business (GST 33ATIPV1710H1ZT), applicable taxes will be added to the service fee where mandatory.

• Full payment is required either upfront or as per the agreed milestone before the final high-resolution files are delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain ownership of the original images you provide.

• Our Work: PicXL Visuals retains the right to use edited/restored images in our professional portfolio or for marketing purposes (e.g., "Before & After" samples) unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

5. Revision Policy

• We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original order to ensure your satisfaction.

• Revisions that deviate significantly from the original instructions may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we use professional-grade software and techniques, we are not liable for any data loss or damage to digital files provided by the client.

• We are not responsible for the loss of original physical photos if they are sent to us via mail; we recommend sending high-quality digital scans instead.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, where Vinothan Creative Designs is registered.
