Refund & Cancellation Policy

At picxl.xyz (PicXL Visuals), we strive to ensure every client is 100% satisfied with our creative work. Since we provide customized digital services (Photo Editing, Restoration, and Design), please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

  • If you cancel your order before our team has started the editing or design process, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Work in Progress & Revisions

  • Once the work has started, we do not offer a full refund because of the time and manual effort invested by our designers.

  • Instead of a refund, we offer unlimited revisions (as per your package) to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

  • We encourage clients to provide clear instructions and feedback during the drafting stage to avoid dissatisfaction.

3. Final File Delivery (No Refunds)

  • After the final high-resolution files (JPEG, PNG, PSD, or Album PDF) have been delivered to you, no refunds will be issued.

  • Digital products cannot be "returned," and therefore all sales are final once delivery is completed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of PicXL Visuals in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

  • Service Failure: If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen technical issues or emergencies on our end.
